SA Row 4x8 each arm
Deadbug with plate 3x15
Side bends with kb 3x10 each side
Partner style. One person completes 300m row while the other is doing a farmers carry. Farmers carry should be x4 turf. If any time is left on the rower the farmer will do burpees until 300m is reached and vice versa with the rower.
