ONLINE COACHING & PROGRAM WRITING
Athletes who are not available to train at our location in Norway yet still want to assure themselves of a high quality plan to get to their goals. We offer Distance Coaching via web, phone and video chat. We help athletes assess form by breaking down video, discuss training principles, maintain accountability, and write step-by-step plans to follow that guarantee you are on the path to your goals.

GROUP & TEAM TRAINING
We offer personalized coaching to small groups from 2-6 people that understand that synergy among training partners will often motivate and elevate people to achieve much more together than alone.
We specialize in working with sports teams such as football, basketball, baseball, etc to not only develop athletes highest levels of power, strength and speed but also the key ingredients to team success: belonging and generosity. Athletes leave TruStrength with a new perspective on how team play contributes to building winning programs.
We can accommodate teams up to 30 players. We also offer training camps outdoors or at team field and sport complexes.
Our staff of strength coaches offer 1-on-1 coaching at the highest level. Sessions can be individually based if you are looking to simply mix things up from your current program, or carefully detailed as part of an 8, 10 or 12 week program.
We do not believe there is one package to good fitness, or try to cram athletes into a specific style of training. At TruStrength we tailor workouts to uniquely serve your goals and your ability to adapt to stimulus.
