Welcome to TruStrength Athletics
TruStrength Athletics is an athletics performance facility that specializes in sports performance training for athletes from grade school to the professional level. Our services are based on the understanding that all athletes are unique and training should be tailored to meet not only the goals of the individual but also designed to address each athlete's unique nature to respond to training stimulus.
We do not embrace a single fitness paradigm. We do not sell magic pills or empty promises of 30 day get-ripped packages. We believe in teaching skills, long term investment in self and community, and that anyone who is active is an athlete.
Contact us today about how our personalized coaching, program writing, online coaching, or team training can help you find your TruStrength.
Runes of Ragnarok
1,750 km to span the breadth of Norway, climb 2 times from the ocean to the highest Mt in the world. Hoist your flag my friends! The 3 roosters have crowed, bravery now is all that counts! What has begun cannot be undone.
Ragnarok has come....
SISU follows a ten person cycling team from a small community in Maine on a journey to compete in a 1,358KM race around the perimeter of Iceland. The one hour documentary combines an observational filmmaking style with elements of a travelogue and engagement of action sport. Set just after the summer solstice, the team faces rapidly changing road and weather conditions as they push forward against the 72 hour time limit.
The film explores the motivations of amateur athletes pursuing a massive physical challenge and considers the role adventure plays in contemporary life.
